From time to time, the Foundation will respond to specific community needs or special projects which offer innovative solutions to problems that have recently emerged or for which past solutions have not proven effective.  These grants support a range of locations and issues including dyslexia, adolescent mental health, methamphetamine abuse prevention in Hawaii and disaster relief efforts in Japan and Haiti.

To learn more, see Guidelines.  The Foundation does not accept unsolicited grant applications, grant proposals or letters of inquiry.
