To help religious congregations and nonprofit developers build affordable housing projects on congregation property through the Religious Properties Project.

Home Away from Homelessness
To support San Francisco Unified School District's Homeless Education Council in developing goals, objectives, strategies and activities for parental empowerment, academic services, program evaluation, and outreach and engagement.

Center for Community Change
To continue CCC's successful Housing Trust Fund Project information and technical assistance program and to broaden its impact with several new initiatives.

To support the National Housing Trust Fund Project and its work in helping Bay Area communities develop and implement housing trust funds and better understand the potential for housing trust funds in their city or county.

To promote a statewide housing trust fund through research on the impact of additional funds for affordable housing as well as models for a permanent revenue source.

To support educational and recreational activities for youth residents ages 13 to 17 at Canon Barcus House.
